Key Responsibilities:
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Designer / Architect with 3–4 years of experience specializing in commercial space design, including offices, retail outlets, showrooms, and hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of design projects from concept to completion — delivering functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned spaces that enhance user experience and reflect our clients’ business identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute conceptual designs, space planning, layouts, and working drawings for commercial interiors.
- Lead design presentations and collaborate with clients to understand requirements, budget, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes for approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to design intent.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and design accuracy.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and documentation from start to finish.
- Research and implement modern design trends, innovative materials, and sustainable solutions suitable for commercial environments.
- Supervise junior designers and provide design direction as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in commercial interior design or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray.
- Strong understanding of space utilization, ergonomics, lighting design, materials, and finishes used in commercial interiors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on corporate offices, retail spaces, or hospitality interiors.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, BOQs, and vendor coordination.
- Exposure to sustainable design practices and modern workspace solutions.
