Position Title: Interior Designer / Architect (Commercial Spaces)

About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect with 1–2 years of experience in commercial space design, including offices, retail outlets, showrooms, and hospitality environments. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned spaces that enhance user experience and meet client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptualizing, planning, and developing interior design solutions for commercial projects.
- Create space plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.
- Prepare 2D and 3D visualizations, mood boards, and material boards for client presentations.
- Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material selection and implementation.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, progress tracking, and quality checks.
- Ensure all designs adhere to building codes, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with commercial design trends, materials, lighting solutions, and sustainability practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in commercial interior design or architectural projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture systems used in commercial spaces.
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with office, retail, or hospitality interiors.
- Familiarity with project budgeting, BOQs, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of ergonomic design principles and sustainable design practices.
