JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Executive at Boxoffice Space, you will handle client acquisition, lead generation, site visits, negotiation, and deal closures for commercial office spaces. The role requires strong communication skills, field activity, and coordination with design and project teams.

Key Role Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate leads through calls, networking, and channel partners.
  • Conduct client meetings and understand workspace requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits across Baner, Aundh, Pashan, Balewadi, etc.
  • Prepare proposals with design, execution, and operations teams.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain CRM data.
  • Negotiate terms and assist in deal closures.
  • Build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Track market trends and new commercial properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, leasing, or real estate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with field work and site visits.
  • Knowledge of Pune commercial real estate (preferred).
  • Graduation/MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation ability.
