Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Head to lead revenue generation across our integrated workspace solutions business.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for end-to-end sales — from lead generation to deal closure and account growth. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to commercial real estate, coworking, or managed office solutions, and the ability to sell bundled offerings including workspace, design, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Business Growth
Drive revenue across:
- Commercial Office Leasing
- Managed Office & Enterprise Solutions
- Interior Fit-Out Projects
- Facility Management Services
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maximize occupancy, deal value, and cross-selling
2. Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies across all business verticals
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas
- Build and manage broker/channel partner networks
- Drive enterprise and corporate client acquisition
3. Enterprise Sales & Deal Closure
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Structure commercial proposals and pricing strategies
- Close high-value and long-term deals
- Ensure profitability and business alignment
4. Team Leadership & Performance
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Define KPIs (closures, conversions, deal size)
- Conduct performance reviews and pipeline tracking
- Create a result-driven and target-focused culture
5. Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain structured sales processes and funnel visibility
- Track lead conversion and sales cycles
- Ensure CRM discipline and accurate forecasting
- Standardize proposals and follow-ups
6. Client Relationship & Account Growth
- Ensure smooth handover to operations and execution teams
- Build long-term client relationships
- Drive renewals, upselling, and expansions
- Act as escalation point for key clients
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Design & Projects
- Finance
- Operations
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery
8. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor trends and pricing strategies
- Provide insights for product positioning
- Support go-to-market strategy development
Key Requirements
- 8–15 years of sales experience
- 4–6 years in a leadership role
- Strong exposure to:
- Commercial Real Estate
- Coworking / Managed Office Industry
- Interior Fit-Out Sales
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
- Strong broker and corporate network (preferred)
