1.Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Strategy ● Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial leasing. ● Develop and execute strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. ● Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and ensure timely deal conversions. Client Relationship Management ● Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, landlords, and developers. ● Conduct client meetings, property tours, and negotiations to close deals efficiently. ● Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and responsive communication. Market Research & Analysis ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks. ● Provide insights and recommendations to management for pricing and positioning strategies. ● Prepare periodic reports on market movement and performance metrics. QUALIFICATION |
