Sr. Executive – HR

Position Title: Senior HR Executive

Department: HR & Operation

Reports To: CHRO

Location: Baner, Pune

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3 – 6 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technical roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.

• Source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting).

• Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer & onboarding process.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

• Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).

• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the real estate sector.

HR Generalist (30%)

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Assist in implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance with labor laws.

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee feedback mechanisms.

• Address basic employee queries and act as a bridge between management and staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a real estate or startup environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).

• Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3–6 years of experience in HR, with a major focus on recruitment.

• Experience in a real estate, construction, or proptech startup will be an added advantage.
